We had a lovely two-night stay with spacious, clean rooms and a great breakfast every morning. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day. However, the check-in process took a little longer than expected, but it didn’t spoil the fun. 😊

I had a fantastic experience during my stay where the warm and welcoming staff truly made me feel right at home, and I was thrilled to find the Window on the Plains Museum just a short stroll away for some local culture while being close enough to enjoy a delicious meal at Big Country Cafe after a day of exploration.

Some real disappointments here. First off, the toiletries were completely empty, and despite a request to refill them, nothing changed during our two-day stay. The shower was a hassle too. It didn’t drain properly, leaving me standing in ankle-deep water after a quick rinse. Breakfast was a scramble. I watched as the staff only restocked spoons and forks while the coffee and waffle batter ran dry. I ended up tossing my cereal because, you guessed it, no milk available. Little things, but they added up and made the experience less enjoyable.
